Enquiries

We collect the name, email address and message you submit, together with technical submission information such as time, page and IP address. We use this to respond to your request, take steps towards a potential contract and protect the website from abuse. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries are saved in WordPress using Gravity Forms, recorded in our Watts Digital NinjaPipe CRM workspace and a notification is delivered to Tom by our email provider, Emailit. Hosting, CRM and email providers process information to supply these services; access is restricted to authorised operators.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics or advertising events are currently sent from this website.

Optional analytics and marketing processing is denied by default. See the cookie notice.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry information only as needed to deal with the enquiry, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Clearly labelled test enquiries submitted during website acceptance are retained for audit purposes only. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to processing. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Provider processing and international transfers

Our CRM provider NinjaPipe is headquartered in Australia and says information may be processed in other countries, with appropriate safeguards such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses where required. Its privacy policy explains that some data may remain in backups for a limited period. This is a provider statement, not confirmation of a signed transfer agreement for our workspace.

We have not fixed a specific retention period for each enquiry category or confirmed every provider-specific transfer arrangement; we will update this notice when they are settled. We do not claim all data stays in the UK or apply a financial-record retention period to ordinary enquiries.
